Sorry for the late post, the training will be up tomorrow but here is the training sessions for this week
You should all be on 2 days of easy activity (active rest) training will start on Wednesday with an intensity
Wednesday - 5-7pm Hardwood Intensity
Thursday 5-7pm Hardwood distance
Saturday 9-12pm - Intensity Solomon relays and club wrap-up (Pirate party)
Sunday 9-12pm - Distance
Look forward to seeing you all there
At this point no plans for going to Midland for the race, we will all do the Solomon relays as part of the intensity
