Big week ahead, we are getting ready for O'cup 3, there is some skiing and a strength workout to ensure we are ready for the weekend.
Looks like we have some snow on the way so hopefully that will make for a good base for the rest of the week
Schedule this week
Monday - off
Tuesday - Training at Hardwood 5-7pm
**Tuesday - 7:00pm Skype meeting at Hardwood about O'cup 3
Wednesday - I will be packing the trailer but I will get Madi to come and lead the session from 5-7 at Hardwood
Thursday - I will be leaving Barrie around 3:30 in the Van and Trailer
