Warm-up on Ski Erg
4 sets of the followig
Pull-up ( 8-10 reps)
Explosive T-bar row (low weight fast reps 10)
Squat (8-10 reps)
Reactive box jumps – 6 reps
Bench press (8-10 reps)
Explosive dips – 6
1 set of 10 X 6 second sprints with 1 min rest
Cool Down on Ski Erg
