Sorry for the late post, late night flight last night.
We learned some amazing things in Canmore that we are anxious to share with you from a technique perspective.
We are 2 weeks to go before getting on snow...how exciting is that.
I will be sending out an email early next week about the trip to Foret and what you should bring.
Here is the training for this week
Tuesday: 5pm - Bounding Strength
Thursday : 5pm - Strength
Saturday : 9am - Erg challenge
Sunday 9am - distance
