Dec 1 - 7

Hi All

Looks like we have a dry-land week.  This is a good opportunity for those in the building phase to focus on bounding and building power before getting back on snow.  For those looking to peak at WJT this is a perfect opportunity to focus on the intensity and get some easy distance on roller skis where we can keep the speed up.

Team training

Tuesday - 5pm HSB bounding strength
Thursday - 5pm HSB Power
Saturday - 9am HSB Intensity
Sunday - 9am ??? Distance somewhere

Awesome power workout (this will require you spending $30 to $50)

2 or 3 sets of the following 

2.5 min roller board
30 sec medicine ball slam

3 min rest

1 min step-ups
