update again

Hi All

Sorry it has been a crazy week

for training please do a distance workout on Friday - 60 - 90min Z1 R

Saturday we are going to go for a distance roller ski or ski walk, please bring equipment for both

Note that training on Saturday is at 9am - 12pm at Hardwood

Sunday will be a day off for the Canmore crew

The rest will do a 60 - 90 min workout with sprints.  I will explain on Saturday more about this

Again sorry for the mistakes and slow information I was really tired and maxed out this week.
