I have put together the program for the next 9 days, I am not sure what you are doing over the holiday so if there are family plans that interfere with training you can let me know and I can adjust the schedule
Team Training this week
Tuesday 5pm HSB - Roller ski + strength or natural intervals
Thursday 5pm HSB - Roller ski classic technique work
Saturday 9 am HSB - 60 min roller ski + Power + 30 min ski walk
No team training on Sunday
