So we are all on a base week.
Here is the training for this week, for some it may seem similar to last that is because you are on a base block.
If you have a running race let me know and I can switch things around
Team Training
Tuesday 5pm HSB - Strength
Thursday 5pm HSB - Power
Saturday 9am Mount St. Louis - Hills
Sunday HSB - distance
